Worked perfectly
Got these for a 3 week trip to Europe. Activated them 2 days before we left the US. Within a short time, we had our UK numbers so we could share them with family. Switched over to them while we were in the air, and they were active as soon as we landed in Italy. No problems with calls, texts or data no matter where in the EU we went. Great value. Very happy with the company and product.

Garbage product. Just get an eSIM.
My parents went on a 9 day trip to see Europe so I bought them this SIM card to use. I had to activate it so I took the time to do that. Received an email saying that itâs all ready to go and received the phone number for the SIM card. My parents touched down in Europe and the card wasnât working. They had to connect to the hotelâs WiFi to contact me, saying the card needs to be registered. So I registered it on the website but the phone number sent to me was not being accepted. I reached out via email and they gave me the proper number to use. Turns out you have to remove the 44 and replace it with a 07. How are we supposed to even know that? So I registered and get the green light a second time. All ready to go right? Wrong. SIM card is locked. I have to contact the provider to unlock it. By the time we get the SIM card working my parents will already be back from their trip, making this product nothing but a headache. Do yourselves a favor and just get an eSIM. You just need to set it up for the days you need it and just turn it on when you reach your destination. Donât bother with this product, itâs more headache than itâs worth.

worked well except had 1 problem for about 1 day
Purchased 4 cards and used them across France, plus around Frankfurt airport. No trouble with install and startup in Paris. Everything worked fine except on one day in Paris the data service indicated presence but data transfers essentially stopped working on all cards in use; this applied across several very different locations in Paris. This data service problem continued on one phone/SIM card the next morning (other phones had no more problem), so I got support help from TSIM, which was good, though they had to forward me to Three support, and they were able to fix the problem; total time with support was about an hour or possibly two. No more trouble experienced after this. The service / SIM card changed networks occasionally, e.g. between Orange, Free, Bouygues, when service for the one currently in use was poor, and sometimes it helped, sometimes it didn’t.

This card worked fine in Italy.
We left the U.S. to go on vacation in Italy so we needed to have data down load capabilities. This SIM card worked from the time we landed in the aircraft, through out the 10 days until I shut off my phone in the aircraft to return to the U.S. My phone has the capability to store 2 SIM cards and switch back and forth simply in the phone setup menu so this SIM card was ideal for me.I would buy this SIM card the next time I travel internationally.

Inconsistent service
We bought 3 SIMs and 1 eSIM for trip to Europe. Activation/registration was easy enough, though eSIM did not work and had to contact support several times, and after 2 days it finally started to work. SIMs were 12Gb, but actually they were 75GB, but 12 GB cap applied to new operator/country. Still plenty enough. However, service was absolutely inconsistent. In some countries like Netherlands and Belgium it was great, but France and Germany were hit and miss. Had to manually switch operators several times to find a service. The worst was UK, which was surprising as being the home base for 3 (three). Never got any 5G and even LTE coverage was poor and really slow. Phone calls worked maybe 50% of the time, which is not acceptable. RCS messages went through sometimes but could not send MMS e.g. pictures as for whatever reason service was not provisioned. I guess you get what you pay for, but I cannot recommend this product if you want good service and piece of mind when traveling.

Works great
Easy to set up. I usually keep my phone on airplane mode to save battery but was able to use the data quite a bit for maps, Uber, searches for restaurants and activities on a recent 16 day trip and still had 97% of my 10G left. Not sure about phone calls since I placed most over WhatsApp out of habit. I did receive a couple, though. I will definitely buy this SIM again since I ‘ve had bad experience twice with ESIMs

Do not buy !!!!!
Gave it one star because zero was not an option. Bought their card for a trip to Romania and Germany. SIM would not connect in ANY city in Romania. Spent hours trying to contact seller via email with no response. Used the same phone with an Orange card the summer before and it worked fine. I spent two days in Germany on the way home and I tried it there, still no service. I even tried it in a friend’ s travel phone and it still wouldn’t work. Complete garbage. I was a slave of wi-fi the entire trip until I went back to ORANGE.

Not Bad, not great
The SIM worked well. They activated it promptly. I had 2 complaints:1) They censor websites that are gun or hunting related. You cannot access them without linking a Credit Card to your SIM. Americans are not used to being blocked by foolish UK policies. I never have a problem with Italian SIMs.2) 10 GB is not enough data for a month, and there was no way to add more data to your SIM. I had to order a 2nd SIM for a 1 month vacation. And had to severely limit how much data I used.

Cards were perfect. Registered them about a week before we needed them and they confirmed everything quickly and we knew before we left what our EU phone numbers would be. Just be careful when we landed we got a note that our 30gb plan is active but we bought a 12gb so we thought it was a bonus. Itâs 30 in UK but 12 roaming outside of UK which was plenty.Fast 5G almost everywhere in Italy, Greece and Malta.

Loved the ability to activate the day of travel and it workedâ¦also loved that as a UK number was assigned all the prompts were in English. Will buy for our trip to Spain in 2025

Great price for a 2 pack of these sim cards. However, one of the 2 cards stopped working after a few days. We were in Italy for 3 weeks. My travel companion started getting text messages saying that she was running out of data less than 2 weeks into the trip, which was not true at all, and then it just cut out completely. She had to buy another sim while in Italy for the rest of the trip. The card that worked was very good – good reception and 10GB of data was much more than I needed for the trip. It worked in Germany (airport stopover) as well, and I like that it had phoning and texting capabilites unlike esims or some sim cards bought in Europe.

Just completed a 15 days trip in Switzerland and Italy and I can report that the card worked very well. Most of the time I was able to get 5G service (approx 90% of the time). Activation was easy and quick. I use the “scheduling in advance option” and it worked perfectly. The email customer service was responsive and helpful.Overall an excellent purchase.
