Overall just ok
The bag appears to be constructed well. MAJOR drawback is the access point to the main compartment is small. There is no way to open the main compartment up to be able to strategically pack.

It is a great travel/carryOn/backpack bag,
But the one I got was smaller than I wanted. Plenty of pockets and carry handles on this one though.I ordered a larger one.

Best backpack I’ve ever owned.
The plastic clip on this bag didn’t even bend under the weight of a 1000 pound pallet of bananas that fell on it. We had to get a pallet jack to get my bag out and somehow the clip wasn’t even bent, it still works and everything.I bought this backpack because I bike an hour to and from work every day and regular backpacks just don’t support my need for a change of clothes in case of bad weather, an extra pair of shoes so I’m not working 8 hours in sopping wet socks and shoes, groceries, food, school supplies, bike materials, etc. this backpack has solved all of my problems.The biggest issue I have with it is that it was very obviously built for men. At the smallest size the belly clip is too big and at the largest size the chest clip cannot latch because of my chest. Other than that everything about this bag is amazing.

Good quality, small opening.
The opening to the main compartment is small. We are using compression bags and could barely get it in. Otherwise, seems to be good quality. Zippers are smooth. Straps and buckles all seem sturdy. Would be nice with a laptop slot outside of the main compartment, so you can easily dig that out during security. Or maybe a secret pocket in the back for passport and valuables. Not sure if I want to keep it.
