Before your purchase, please make sure that your device is unlocked and will support the Orange network.
Your device should automatically find the Orange network & connect to its APN Settings. If it does not, you may need to enter them manually. For reference, please find them below (all case sensitive).

You cannot make calls to USA with this unless you use Telegram or Whatsapp
I used this for a trip to Paris, France for 2 weeks and it was incredibly disappointing. I could NOT phone the USA and I could NOT Text into the USA. I went to three different Orange Stores in Paris, and was told that they DO NOT deal with these sim cards. I highly recommend that you do not waste your time and money on these cards as you will be as frustrated with it as my wife and I were.

We’ve used the SIMs provided by “Eternal Communications” many times and for the small premium you probably pay versus finding a local solution on arrival, the convenience and peace-of-mind you get by simply popping the SIM in on arrival and being connected immediately/seamlessly to the world is invaluable. I’m no “tekky” which makes these SIMs perfect – just plug it in and enjoy your trip while staying in touch immediately with your car, air bnb, etc.
AND, Mostly I want to share a rare and excellent customer service story! In short, Amazon sent the wrong SIMs for an upcoming trip to South America. I contacted Eternal Communications through the Amazon chat feature and a wonderfully helpful man named Steve jumped into action verifying we had been delivered the wrong SIMs and then (this is the “above and beyond” element) he offered to send the correct SIMs directly to me. They just arrived via courier and just in time for our departure! I mean where do you get any service anymore much less thoughtful, responsive and byond your expectations service?!?

This is very frustrating. We bought 2 cards recently, for my husband and me. Weâre at the beginning of a 12 day trip to France with no way to make calls or send text messages. We have our numbers, we have data, we can receive text messages and calls but we cannot reply or call out. We could call the 225 number and we promptly received the text with our numbers but when we try to place a call it tells us that we have no more credit and to go online to top up. The numbers are new and should be good for 14 days. We feel ripped off.

I used this in Portugal mainland and Azores, as well in Morocco, Marrakech and in the Atlas mountains. Data worked great, but I could never make a call. I was given a text initially when I installed the SIM. The text gave me a phone number based in France. I recieved calls on WhatsApp from people but I couldn’t make a normal call. In the Azores I used the grocery store phone to call a taxi.

Service blocked after 2 days even though it says you got 14 days to use it. I got a message demanding I register with ID or passport with the company.
Ended up buying a Yettel SIM as replacement.
