    Great travel pack, minimal space
My wife purchased this pack for a trip to Italy. I was skeptical whether I would use it. But on the first day I did use it to carry wine and some food purchases. From that day forward I used this little pack every day. Very handy, quality although lightweight. And it packs up into nothing for stowing away in luggage.

    I LOVE this bag but…
45/50 bucks? Really? You’re paying for the logo and convenience but it’s a great bag for travel. I carry this around in my EDC bag for times I want to get out to the gym or around town but don’t want to empty my every day bag every time. It’s super comfortable, holds more that you’d think and the easy access is handy for quick access times and it even holds small water bottles. Best of all of course, it packs into a very small pouch that will fit anywhere and it’s super light. Despite the price (you’ll know what I mean if you get this thing) it’s one of my most used carry accessories.

    Truly portable
Bought this for a trip to Italy, where we were traveling with camping backpacks but needed a day pack to carry our stuff in. It had to fold up very small, but be very durable. Enter the Osprey Ultralight Collapsible Stuff Pack. I was skeptical the first time I stuffed it with filled water bottles. There’s no way this thing will not break, I thought… but it held up AND fit even more stuff to add souvenirs in while we were out and about. It really, really packed up small which was exactly what we needed. I bought an off-brand which claimed to be “packable” but it really was the size of a paperback book, whereas this is the size of a large wallet. Worth the price. I’ll be taking this with us on every vacation from now on!

Perfect pull out carryon for travel
I bought this to have a small bag where I could pull out items to have under the airplane seat with me, and/or have a bag to grab items I don’t want in my bigger pack of it were gate checked. This thing worked superbly in that role. It takes up so little space it’s easy to pack in with your gear. I’ve long owned LL Bean’s Stowaway pack, which is a fantastic day pack in itself, but packed down is often too big to throw in for smaller trips. I’ll probably always pack this Osprey as a ‘just in case’ option now.I’m not sure I’d want to carry the Osprey all day unless it stayed really light. For quick to and from carry (airport to hotel, etc), it’ll do just fine. If you are looking for a bag to take as a dedicated day pack at your destination, consider the aforementioned Stowaway. It’s awesome and gets more regular use than my Osprey Talon 22 full day pack.

    Wonderful backpack
This is a great pack. Opens to a good sized pack with padded shoulders and folds to just about fist size. This is really great for trips or anything where you aren’t sure you will need a pack.

    Good lightweight packable backpack
I bought this to use as a day bag on a 3-week tour of Scandinavia. We travelled with carry-on luggage only, no checked bags, and needed a light day bag that would fit into a very small stuff-sack.It served its purpose well and shows no signs of wear; I’ll keep it and use it again.Note that this is thin and lightweight, with no structure and little organization. That was right for our purpose, and might or might not be right for yours.

    Strong – Sturdy – Compact
This compact backpack is very sturdy and strong. The seams stayed in tact. I used it for day trips when traveling. It was perfect. It was jus the right size to hold my jacket, food and water bottle. It was very durable. I had no issues with it at all. Yes, it cost double than some of the other ones, but it held up to a lot of weight and was durable. I read reviews on the others stating the seams / nylon tore.

    Great for travel
We took this small backpack to Europe this past year as an extra backpack to use while touring cities. It carried our wallets, water bottles, umbrellas, and small souvenirs perfectly. It fold up into a tiny square for easy tranport when not in use.

Bought this bag for a trip that would involve a lot of hiking and I was tight on space in my luggage. This was perfect. It fit in my suitcase, about the size of my hand. Extremely lightweight but holds its structure and is very comfortable on your back even when full. My boyfriend loved it so much he wanted it and I had to buy another!
