Lots of storage
This backpack held up well and had lots of storage for our trip to Europe. I took one star off because the side pouches did not hold our 11.5″ water bottles in it very well. The side pockets need to be deeper.

Perfect for Frontier and Spirit Airlines
First time flying a budget airline and was told that they check the size of all personal items. Our item fit perfectly and held everything we needed for three days. We packed 3 days of shorts, underwear and shirts as well as a pair of pajamas, a book, toiletries, and items we purchased while at our destination. It still had some room to spare. I was surprised how much it could hold for a SHORT trip and the dimensions are spot on.

Good size, well constructed, NOT waterproof
This bag is pretty well constructed, with lots of pockets. The laptop pocket is padded nicely and the main pocket zippers are double, so you can open the pocket up easier. It seems sturdy – so far – and the many pockets make it easy to keep small pieces, chargers, cords, etc. easy to find and access. The 2 water bottle holders on either side have nice pleats that make them expandable to fit most bottles (all of mine). This is NOT waterproof – or even water resistant. I was caught in a rain storm for a 5-minute walk (I had an umbrella, which also fits nicely into the bag) and while the top of the bag was dry and the top of all my items were perfectly dry, there was a puddle in the bottom of the bag – I have no idea where the water came in, but it obviously collected in the bottom and soaked the bottom of everything inside. The straps are adjustable to many sizes and easy to quickly loosen or tighten for comfort.
