Perfect For In-Flight Access
I have more Baggallini bags than I care to admit, but that’s because each serves a specific purpose. In the case of this Avenue Tote, I love it for its ability to carry everything that I want to access during my flight: iPad, headphones, passport, wallet, glasses. It’s not so big that I can’t also use it as a purse when I’m on the ground, although I use it as such only until I can access a packed crossbody. It’s lightweight and versatile.I love that I can unzip the back pocket so that I can put it over an extended luggage handle. But if I choose, I can instead close the zipper for an extra outside pocket. It also has an small exterior zippered pocket, a triangular-shaped slip pocket with luggage tag, and two outside pockets for a small umbrella and/or water bottle. Inside, it has a padded area for laptop or tablet, zipper pocket for easy access to smaller items, a pen pocket, another small slip pocket that I use for reading glasses, and a slip pocket that’s probably meant for a smartphone, although it’s not deep enough to keep mine securely in place. While there’s enough room for, say, spare underwear, it doesn’t have enough room to pack a change of clothes in case my luggage gets lost.It comes with a detachable strap to make it into a crossbody, useful for when I don’t have a carry-on to attach it to. Still, the strap is not something I expect to use frequently, if at all.Because I wear a lot of blue — I generally choose blue or black for my base color while traveling — this tote works well with both my wardrobe and my in-flight needs.– Debbie Lee Wesselmann

Excellent travel bag!
Love the subtle striped decor. Holds a lot of stuff, and all the compartments and pockets make everything organized. Excellent value for the money, fabric, design and zippers appear to be very good quality, and seems to be durable. Color and design is very versatile, can use for travel, every day, even beach!

I prefer a small handbag, except when I travel. This tote had all the extras I was looking for -Size, ease of access, extra pockets, and style.

Frosted Black is a beautiful print of gold, silver snowflakes on black background. Really cant go wrong with any design or color. I have several baggallini bags of all shapes and sizes- some purchased here, some purchased at their web page. I like baggallini bags are sturdy, durable, functional, wash well, and look great forever. This is the largest bag I own, and I could use it to be a little bigger as I am relying on it as a closed tote bag of the sort for tossing all my daily goods in before I walk out the door. I dont use it as a purse to carry around. Though if you like bigger bags, this is certainly good for that too. Love the easy to close zipper and all the other details that I have come to know and love about baggallini.Shoulder straps are long enough to be used on shoulders- comfortable too. The cross body strap is typical length,adjustable, and fits my tall, plus sized amazonian physique. All the required pockets and details are there– typical of baggellini. I like that they dont interfere or detract from each other. I hate when I use a pocket in some other purse and it takes away from space in another section of purse. Nice but too small for my needs
When traveling–whether by plane, train, or other means–I like to use a small, carry-on size, suitcase plus a large purse that carries pretty much everything I need besides clothes and shoes. That includes toiletries, makeup, a water bottle, snacks, hand sanitizer, a pair of warm socks or a scarf, my iPad, phone, and a tiny handbag. All those things stressed this tote to the limit. It was so bulging that sliding it over the handle of my wheeled bag was difficult.I like the external and internal pockets for organization, and the bag itself seems well made and sturdy. It’s just not quite large enough for me. It would make a good laptop/office bag.

Lovely bag, think it will be very useful.
The fabric is very nice, likely durable. Easy to pack things in. Can accommodate a water bottle. Good carry on for a plane.

Floppy bag not worth it
The bag is cute and all, but itâs just a floppy nylon bag. There is no support at all, it falls over, even when it has stuff in it. The slick material contributes to it just sliding flat. With a laptop, spiral, a few pens In it, the weight pulls it, and it doesnât even look good when you carry it. Definitely not worth the money. The cost is over the top and the Quality of the bag does not match the cost.
